Until the launch notification is sent, or upon your request for deletion — whichever comes first. Maximum 24 months from collection.

Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), operating under Standard Contractual Clauses. No other third-party transfers.

Access · Rectification · Erasure · Portability · Objection. Submit requests to hello@thejuice.art. Response within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (Poland: UODO — uodo.gov.pl).
